From wafer fabrication through complete box build assembly and test, Our team pioneered the implementation of telecommunications RF assembly and test in Northern Thailand by industrializing the first PTP and PTMP high-frequency transceiver assemblies for customers such as Nokia, Siemens, and Alcatel. We have spent a lot of time managing wafer fabrication (Silicon and GaAs), chip packaging and testing, as well as all types of electronics assembly and test.
